Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

If a customer has been charged twice for the same transaction, the duplicate payment will be refunded via the original payment method within 15–20 working days. No returns are accepted once the product is delivered, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect product as explained under the Replacement Policy.

Return Policy

We follow a strict No-Return Policy. Products once delivered cannot be returned, unless the item was shipped incorrectly due to our error or the item was received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, customers must notify our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in unused condition with original packaging intact. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is required due to an error on our part.

Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped within 10–15 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch and within 3 days of placing the order. In such cases, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 15–20 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. PxIn is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. It takes minimum of 3 working days and maximum of 5 working days to ship the product, take minimum of the 5 days to deliver and maximum of 18 days to deliver the product to the mentioned buyer address.
